At Tullabee, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your ultra-soft, premium-quality purchases. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns process makes it easy to exchange or return items within 15 days of delivery.

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Final sale items (personalized gifts and plush toys) cannot be returned
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer care team at [email protected] with the following information (or use our handy template below):

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Tullabee Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for the following item(s) from order #[Your Order Number]: – Item Name: – Size: – Color: – Reason for return/exchange: – Preferred resolution: [Refund/Exchange for (specific item)] Please let me know the next steps. Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Please include:

  • The item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached
  • The original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
  • The RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package

Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline to Appear: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return, using the same shipping method as your original order.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our little customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized gifts (including monogrammed items from our Gifts collection)
  • Plush toys (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
  • Please note we cannot accept returns from some remote areas not covered by our standard shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
